Ingredients:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Linguine
1/4 lb. bacon, diced
1 onion, finely diced
1 1/3 cups chicken stock
3 Tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves, or to taste
1/2 lb. baby spinach leaves
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until desired crispness.
3. Add onion and sauté 5-6 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken stock and sage; simmer 1-2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until spinach just wilts.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss linguine with sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
