Ingredients:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Linguine, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup chopped ham or prosciutto
3 cups (about 8 oz.) thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups light cream
1-3/4 cups (10 oz. pkg.) frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (to taste)

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add ham and mushrooms; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until tender.
4. Add light cream.
5. Bring to a boil then reduce heat.
6. Add peas and toss with hot pasta and Romano cheese. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.
