Ingredients:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Wide Egg Noodles, uncooked
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
2 cups chopped chicken or turkey
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 package (10 1/2 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp chopped pimiento (optional)

Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, melt butter. Add onion; cook until tender.
3. Stir in all remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  
4. Serve sauce over hot noodles.
