Ingredients:
1 pkg.RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Multigrain Spaghetti
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sliced yellow zucchini
1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil
4 cloves roasted garlic (optional)
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 1/2 cups pasta sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Grated Romano or Asiago cheese

Instructions:
1.
Sauté onion and zucchini in oil until tender.
2. Add roasted garlic, peas and pasta sauce; simmer 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Grill or sauté chicken breasts 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through; thinly slice.
5. Spoon sauce mixture over pasta and serve topped with chicken and cheese.

Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes
