Ingredients:
1/2 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Spaghetti, uncooked
4 Tbsp butter or margarine, divided
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups chopped fresh tomato
1/2 cup (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add broccoli and mushrooms; cook just until tender.
3. Add hot pasta and remaining ingredients; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
4. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
