Ingredients:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Spaghetti
1 small red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red or yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 cup chopped snow peas
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup homemade or prepared chicken stock
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil

Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Sauté onion, garlic, pepper and snow peas in oil for 3-4 minutes. Whisk cornstarch into stock. Stir into vegetable mixture; cook and stir until just thickened.
3. Toss hot spaghetti with vegetable sauce and parsley.
