Directions:
1 pkg. RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST® Thin Spaghetti
1 jar Pasta Sauce (your favorite flavor)
3 cups chopped assorted roasted vegetables*
2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup cubed feta cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Stir together pasta sauce, vegetables and parsley; simmer 2-3 minutes.
3. Toss spaghetti with sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve topped with cheese, if desired.
